Upload a scan or a phone photo of each document
Official Kenyan birth certificate. A hospital notification of birth is accepted for children whose certificate is still being processed.
Ministry of Health 'Mother and Child Health' booklet or equivalent vaccination record.
Copy of the fee-paying parent's Kenyan National ID card, or passport if not a Kenyan citizen.
Learner UPI issued by the Ministry of Education's NEMIS platform. Applicants without one are helped to register.
Needed on fee receipts for parents claiming the school-fees relief on their annual KRA return.
For non-Kenyan resident families: copy of the parent's valid Kenyan work permit or alien registration card.
Signed letter from the previous head teacher or class teacher, on school letterhead.
Only if the applicant has been assessed for dyslexia, autism, ADHD or another learning need. Helps the school plan support.
